Crewe Hall Fayre on 21st October

I had a lot of fun exhibiting at Crewe Hall yesterday and it turned out to be a successful day all round ...

I booked with 2 great couples ... Nick and Maxine who had travelled down from Warrington - they are getting married at the Moat House, Acton Trussell, then James and Sara booked - they are getting married at Crewe Hall next year :)

Then one of the organisers from Crewe stopped by the stand and I have also been asked to pull together an album so they can show brides who are booking the venue - how exciting - it really is a beautiful venue !!

I was really lucky with my stand yesterday ... when I pitched up I found a couple of leather chairs and, without too much hunting, managed to find a mirrored coffee table - a bit of rearranging and, voila, a ready made viewing room :)))

Mick & Gemma's Autumn PWS !

Mick and Gemma are getting married this Christmas and they asked me if I would get together with them for an engagement session (often known as a pre-wedding shoot) to get a collection of photos, one of which they could choose to have mounted so their friends can sign it at their wedding - of course I was delighted ! So we headed off to Wombourne where they are getting married and went for a walk ... off to the church first, I was spotting different places to grab some shots while heading back to the cars ... here are a few of my favourites from the shoot ...

Website Revamped and Refreshed !

Hi guys ... well, you know how I like to keep things fresh and up to date - and I have shot so many beautiful weddings this year ! So I have updated my site with some fresh work, with some of the pages now having multiple images in a short slideshow, and have added a new slideshow wedding gallery, with music, so turn that sound up and kick back with a nice cup of tea / glass of wine (delete as appropriate !) and enjoy !

Lazy, Sunny October days ...

Well, I had a lovely time yesterday for my birthday - John and I went to Ikea for some browsing and candles (of course) - we also met up with Steph whose wedding I shot on 777 - she picked up her album and was dead chuffed :)

So, today, I decided on cleaning the house - I find it dead therapeutic once in a while and so really enjoy seeing the end result. I finally made it into the conservatory for a rest and noted the cats had beat me to the best spots LOL

What do you reckon, is he comfy ???

What would you give to be a cat some days ...

Well, you know I love my cats ! So I was sifting through some of my favourite images from the Summer and I came across Tigger having a good old roll in the garden ... oh boy, what would you give to just be able to go and do that to totally de-stress some days :)

Tom, on the other hand, is far too cool for that sort of nonsense !

Holiday Alert ...

Finally, I have decided to take some well deserved time out !

I am going to finish processing a couple of weddings, build 2 albums and get them off to clients, finish off an album design and then I am outta here for a week from Thursday ... which happens to be my birthday too :)

Oh, and here is my fave image of the day ...
